Our Philosophy

Our strength and conditioning coaches understand the various attributes associated with  sports.   We use this understanding to develop a methodology that is unmatched.  We recognize that all training is about the efficiency of sport movement, and our goal is to make you better at your sport(s).

Whether you are a professional, college, high school, pre-teen or a recreational athlete, we will exceed your expectations.  Our programming covers all areas of athletic performance including speed, quickness, explosive power, agility, acceleration, coordination, balance, sport mechanics, and mental discipline.

Movement Screening

At SWIF, we train athletes of all levels, focusing on improving their performance within a particular sport or sports.  Each of us has various strengths and weaknesses.  The key to optimal performance is to identify the weaknesses and train accordingly to prevent injury.  Our strength and conditioning coaches will guide each athlete through our Functional Movement Screen and various biometric tests to ensure proper training progressions are taken.

Individual Training

Individual training is one-on-one with your performance coach where you receive a program designed just for you, tailored around your needs and your sport.

Group Training

Train with no more than four athletes in a group and elevate your game by training with friends.  If you don’t have a group, we can match you up with athletes of similar abilities.
