2015 brought a new resource to SWIF’s gym floor: a nearly 50-yard, two lane Turf Track! This track complements our previously existing one lane indoor track surface, and is equipped with digital timers. These combined surfaces provide a terrific indoor venue for running 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, as well as sprint drills and shuttle runs.
The SWIF Coaches now also have additional space to work with our members on sled pushes, farmer’s walks, mobility drills and more.
